No you can not turn off the power bank with the button while something is being powered. You must unplug for the Powerbank to fully turn off. Have a nice day!

The Anker PowerCore ac has a switch for the ac outlet
a battery bank i want to plug a fan to it and turn the battery on and off without having to unplug

Anker PowerCore ac but expensive. Worth money though and has wall plug. Switch is for wall plug only.

I just got the powercore slim 10,000 MaH and after I’m done charging, I unplug everything from it and hold the button in for 5 seconds then it turns off in less than a minute.
