I recently purchased the PowerCore and PowerPort combo hoping it could charge my type C android phone and my Dell Latitude 5285 also type C.
It appears to work well with the phone but I can’t get it to charge my Dell surface type tablet for times when I’m traveling and away from an outlet.
I’m probably doing something wrong setting wise and am open to advice.
That tablet requires a 45 watt charger, but this batterypack can only output 24w via power delivery which might not be enough to even trickle charge this tablet unless it’s powered off.
Have you tried charging with the tablet off?
I’ve had similar issues with my older tablet. If you were to get it work, it would be a very slow charge and you may not be able to charge it to full over night.
