Can a 15W PowerIQ 2.0 wall charger power 7.5W or 10W Fast Qi charging?

I have a PowerPort PD+ 2 (A2626JF1), and I was wondering if the 15W PowerIQ 2.0 USB A port can sufficiently power a Fast Qi charger to enable the 7.5W or 10W charging modes. I’m asking this specifically because most fast Qi chargers explicitly request a QC 2.0 or QC 3.0 charger to enable 7.5W charging, and it’s not immediately clear if the 15W Power!Q 2.0 port on my charger would work.

Power iq 2.0 mimics qc but does not enable the same features as qc. So you would need a QC 2/3.0 wall ug to properly enable the fast charge of that Qi charger
