I have an Anker C300 webcam that works great on an old intel based Macbook pro. I purchased a new M2 Macbook Air and the software loads fine when I open the app and the picture looks good with the app open but unless I keep the app open it loses the settings whenever the camera is turned on and off. The camera has the latest firmware 1.68 and my software is up to date. Has anyone experienced this or found a fix?
