Brand New Eufy Cam 2 Unable to Connect

Hi,
I am new to this community and I hope I can find an answer to my problem. I recently bought a kit that consisted of the HomeBase 2 with a couple of Eufy cam 2. I also bought a third cam 2. The setup of the home base was super easy. I was able to add the two cameras with no issue at all. They are working properly and recording as they should.
My problem is with the third unit. When I tried to pair it with the HomeBase, I always get “unable to connect” message. I tried to reset the cam with no luck. When I plug the cam for charging, the status light in the cam is solid blue for more two days now.
Is there a possible solution or could the cam be faulty? I appreciate your support.
Regards

I don’t own but based on your words, the fact you’re already knowledgeable and it’s the same model, implies to me a hardware fault.

I’ve read posts here where you had to connect homebase wired to network first, I’m wondering if you set up the first two cameras when base was wired to network and that’s needed to be done again while connecting 3rd camera? I could be talking rubbish because I think that’s one-off base specific nothing to do with cameras.

There is a specific forum for Eufy security.

Thanks for the reply. I had the three cameras together and they had exactly the same type of setup.

If two paired without issue your process is correct, I would lean towards a faulty unit or outdated firmware on a single camera. reach out to support@eufylife.com and they should be able to get you squared away with either updates or a replacement.
