Braided or Non-Braided Cables

I was wondering where others land on this. I prefer the look of breaded cables, and they should last longer. I have had plenty of breaded cables, but because I am on the move a lot with these cables, the non-breaded cables travel much better.

Braided for sure

Braided cables seems to last a lot longer in my car with the varying heat and cold.

Braided are definitely the better choice, the trade-off being the bulk and storage.
