Nebula Max capsule II. Fully charged with working charger. Will not START and will not TURN OFF (lights). Just show a solid BLUE light for 5 seconds then flashes a single RED light then repeats the scenario. Please HELP me because the useless phone support guy says warranty expired 2 months ago (The Thing Blows Up after 14 months). I’m thinking the battery will takes months to discharge since only the Power light is blinking as stated above.

Ist there any possibility to do a hard reset?
Otherwise it could be a battery problem.
If the beamer is out of warranty you could try to open it and check the batteries.
They made it so it can’t be opened. The MAX only has different bottom than the Capsule II which has video on YouTube on how to open it. I have seen no video on how to opening the MAX, if even it can be opened.
