So per the model number AK-84806105676, you bought Anker Wireless Charger, PowerWave 7.5 Stand with Internal Cooling Fanand this came with a Anker Quick charge 3.0 adapter.
Since you already have what is needed, can you also make sure your iPhone is updated to latest iOS software.
