Hi. I’ve recently installed the 2k doorbell and homebase 2 and I’m finding the doorbell is using a lot of battery, 43% in 6 days. I raised a ticket with support and upload activity log and there were 500 false activations in 3 days. Support suggested some changes to the settings which I’ve done, except turning off the motion sensor recording, but it hasn’t made any difference to the battery consumption. At this rate the doorbell battery is going to last about 2 weeks!! Any suggestions on what else I can do? Can the software and hardware be checked to make sure its not faulty? Any help would be gratefully received.
