Hi there
I’ve just set up a battery doorbell and everything was fine until it got dark last night , then it went offline and would reset and go online when I pressed the refresh button ,
This morning everything was fine and it has worked all day
Then again this evening it has gone offline again and won’t refresh
The doorbell is within 2metres of both the Homebase and router and there is a battery camera working fine at night within 1 metre
I am really at a loss as to what to do
