Base Station goes offline

I’ve only had my new Eufy Cam E for a few days now and so far every day the base station has gone offline at least once a day. Today (Monday Sept 2nd) it went offline twice! It usually goes offline in the middle of the night, and I wake up to find the LED is red instead of white. I have to push the reset button on the back of the base station. It cannot be reset by the app.

Has anyone else had this going offline issue?

I would highly recommend contacting support (support@eufylife.com) for an issue like that.

Also - Can you try plugging it into another power source? Curious if maybe you are having some electrical problems that could be causing issues.

I did have a support ticket open for my no notifications issue and I added this offline issue just tonight.

Support got back to me already with a firmware update that fixed my notifications issue. They said it fixed my offline issue as well, but I’ll keep an eye on that to make sure.

As for power source, it’s currently plugged into a power bar and none of the other items on that power bar are having any issues.

Okay. hopefully the firmware update fixed the issue!

I’d be curious what was causing it if it is a software problem.
