Base red light does not turn to white

My home internet and router is working perfectly. I plug in the ethernet cable and turn on the eufy base, after 1min the light doesn’t turn to white, it still stays red light. I tried to turn off my router and restart it for a few times and it still stay at red light…what should i do now?

Eufy Cam E base red light not turning to white

My internet and router both are working normally. I just plug in my new eufy base and the light still in red and i did restart and retry again for a few times but it still red and didn’tturn to white. What should i do?
