Astro E1 6700mAh Portable Charger

Hi I have had the Astro portable charger for a couple of years now. The other day it just stopped working. I have plugged it in to charge but don’t get any lights to come on. I tried the reset as well, but can’t get it to light up at all. Any one have any suggestions?

All the above suggests plus, check the charging port for any lint stuck in there. If all else fails, contact support. Hope you get it working :slight_smile:
