When I received this portable battery the box was in good shape and the contents inside were very well put and it was easy to use right out of the box. I’ve had this product for about half a year now and it still works like it’s brand new. The buiod quality is top notch and better than any portable battery I’ve had in the past. I highly recommend this product to anyone look for a small battery pack that can charge your phone in no time.
