Are there any upcoming Bluetooth 5.0 speakers?

I am looking to get a new Anker Bluetooth speaker, but I would like it to be Bluetooth 5.0. Has anyone heard if there are upcoming speakers?

I don’t know about any upcoming speakers, but they already have several options for BT 5.0 speakers… my favorite picks are…

  1. The newly released motion+

  2. The soundcore flare+ (currently a $20 coupon)

There are pros to both of these, so you just have to decide which you need/want. The motion+ has aptX, so if you have a phone that supports it it’s a huge plus. The flare+ has 360 sound which is really nice to have.

I should say I am looking for something slightly compact as I camp and hike often :slight_smile:
