This is basically an FY I , how I solved the problem , I don’t know if it’s been on here before ( I did a search ) but here it is .
The app provided sounds for the cameras stopped working , I could not get them working again , it would only play that phones default sound.
I don’t know why this happened but this is how I fixed it, had to uninstall and reinstall the app then had to go through each camera and set the app provided sounds for each one and everything is working now as it should.

These are the miracles of software, nobody can tell you what and why it happened.
