App for iPhone that shows if fast charging / PowerDrive Speed+ 2

So sometimes while using my iphone X with PowerDrive Speed+ 2 and anker usb-c to lightning cable, I notice my phone won’t charge/isn’t fast charging.
Best example is using waze for nav and running sirius app in background. Battery level stays the same or very slowly increments up sometimes during an hour long drive.

Anyone know a good app for iphone that shows current charging statistics?
I’m using an app called battery and charger test but i dont think its very accurate as it shows a pc usb port as fast charging which obviously it cant be

I believe if you are using the GPS I won’t fast charge. Since the GPS is a big power consumer, the phone will be stressing the battery by fast charge it at the same time. So I believed it will drop to your typical 5v 2.1 amps. I got a power meter, If you like to prove this theory I can perform a test once I get home from work and let you know what I found. But just to make my point this will be something related to the phone not the charger.

I agree with @tugar32. My iPhone X gets very warm when using Waze with CarPlay and typically doesn’t charge very much. It’s likely to protect the battery from overheating.
