Apollo Disney+ Issue

I just bought a Nebula Apollo and loaded up Disney+. Unfortunately every time I try and open a show or movie, I’m faced with an error message telling me "The requested media is not available (Error code 41). Has anyone else had this problem?

Disney+ App stuck in update loop

Anker Apollo user here. I’m not in that update loop you described, but I still cannot use Disney+. At first I would just get stuck in a loading loop at login, and now I’m logged in but it tells me the media is not available anytime I try to watch something. Really frustrating

Yeah that was me who posted that mr professor. It’d be more helpful to post actual advice in keeping with said “community of peers”

Have you checked if there is an update for the Disney+ App? If there isn’t, I’d recommend uninstalling and downloading the app again
