Bricked 2 weeks after warranty expired. I need a video on how to take this $700 MAX apart. I’ve seen the video for the Capsule 2. However, the Max only has 2 screwed on bottom and after that, I cannot find how to open it. Problem: a blue LED for 5 seconds then a quick red LED flash then repeats forever, no sound, no projector light. Charger showed good 15v from my Voltage meter.
Anyone know how to disassemble Nebula MAX?

Open it and check the batteries.
Unfortunately I don’t own such a device and can not tell you how to open.

Contact Anker support anyways…Since ir is only 2 weeks you may get lucky and they offer the warranty or something. You will not know unless you ask… even if they do not they may at least know if the led lights flashes may mean something or if it is fixable…good luck if you try
Sometimes screws are hidden under "rubber feet " on the bottom.

They made it so it can’t be opened. The MAX only has different bottom than the Capsule II which has video on YouTube on how to open it. I have seen no video on how to opening the MAX, if even it can be opened.
Did you already try reaching out to Anker Support? What did they say?
I don’t think it can not be opened.
This would be a real incredible “design disaster”
In the very early days I remember Iphones were glued.
But they gave that up very quick, getting savage insults from many customers.
