Anyone have feedback on the Eufy RoboVac 30c and how it compares to a Roomba mid-tier vacuum like the e5

Hi all,

I’m looking to make the jump into the Robot Vacuum world. When doing my research, as a die-hard Anker fan and previous beta-tester, I thought it would behoove me to start by looking at the Eufy offerings and compare to that of other notable brands like Roomba and Ecovacs.

After doing a lot of research, I think I’m down to the Eufy 30c or the Roomba e5. I believe the e5 is the middle tier model that replaces the 800 series. If you see the comparison chart below, the Eufy 30c and the Roomba e5 are very similar in their functionality including strong suction with some slight differences, like brush type and price where the Eufy 30c wins out by $100-150. The e5 has the benefit of being at Costco so if it fails, it can be replaced if warranty doesn’t cover it.
Comparison

Does anyone have any personal feedback between their Eufy 30c and a mid-range Roomba? I saw the review of the 30c v the Roomba 690, but the 30c blows it out of the water when it comes to functionality. I’m
curious if anyone owns a mid-range Roomba (800s series + up) and how the Eufy 30c compares. The 30c checks a large number of boxes for me, but I’m hesitating slightly for some reason.
