Any way to mass download videos?

I have my own private cloud that i’d like to upload and store the videos collected by eufy. However the two ways to upload is from the app, or from the sd card in the homebase. This leads to the following problems:

  1. My homebase is installed somewhere inconvenient to reach in order for both cameras to reach, so I have to climb and retrieve it to download the videos every time, which I don’t always have time for.

  2. The only way to download/ share videos from the app is one-by-one. I just downloaded over a hundred videos across a week’s worth of recordings and it took me more than two hours.

Is there anyway that we can mass download the videos either to our phone, or via an API call of sorts? I’ll already be so happy with a “select all” and “download all” option if possible.

Hope to hear from the team, or anyone who has a better idea.

First, this is not an option at all, you cannot read videos from SD card directly as they are encrypted.

Other than downloading them from the app as you mentioned, you can setup NAS storage so all the videos will be stored on your hard drive directly. Then you can view them share them at your will.

Eufy is yet to launch a web portal (hopefully similar to app), where you can access the cameras and videos from a computer. That portal may have an option to mass download the videos.

At this moment, just wait for the updates and stay tuned !
