Hello. i just bought an Anker Wireless charger about 2weeks ago. was initially charging my mobile… but not the blue light just keeps blinking whether or not my mobile is placed on it… please what should i do???

Do you get the same behaviour if a different USB adapter is used?
The flashing light normally indicates that temperature can be too high or that a device has been detected but is unsupported for charge.

Try using a new cable with the base charger, if that does not seem to work try a new charging block then. Some wall blocks degrade over time and lose charging capabilities if its not putting out enough power, your wireless charger base will not allow anything to charge. Hope this helps!

Is there any metal in between the phone and the charger (as case or something)?
