Anker, you started this forum and yet you dont invest the time in it. I see Q&A about questions and really the community here is so small we can’t act as Ankerofficial spokesperson, e.g. I see a thread from hours ago about Powerhouse and not many own one who are in this forum so its waiting.
Anker where are you?
I’m sure Anker started this for the community to help themselves. Where product owners could give their insights to other people. For actual technical support and stuff, people are better off e-mailing the support. And besides, this form isn’t that old and probably Anker is gathering a team to monitor this more often. There are administrators, but their help is as good as ours.
I think @Helix pretty much hit the nail on the head. The forum is like many others, for users to help each other or give suggestions. While @AnkerOfficial do check in and comment, I think they would prefer to keep technical support direct via email but post wider responses here when multiple users might have reported the issue via email.
At least that seems to be the issue, for now.
What do you expect them to say? Hi? Woof woof? It’s their site, their forum, they don’t really need to say anything beyond the generics. It’s called community for a reason, so Anker-ites can socialize, doy!
Heya! Sure we’re always here.
Anker Support is a part of AnkerOfficial. AnkerOfficial monitors the whole site to make sure major concerns are solved and answered. Anker Support focuses on replying Q&A. When it comes to specific technical issues, we prefer to reply via email in order to provide more details. Together we’re browsing all new topics and posts every day.
We also notice many Community users are helping each other and replying posts with a lot of specific tech info, which is great. If the information is correct, we’ll not reply again to avoid repeating posts.
Awww see? They are involved! Woof woof!
I prefer the input and feedback from AnkerNation users. Its real-world use and feedback, not a controlled test environment. More likely to be along the lines of what I am experiencing and needing to resolve.
