Anker USB-C to Lightning Audio Adapter

Has anybody be able to get this working with an iPad Pro?

My ultimate aim is to try to adapt connection to a Apple 30-pin connector, which is on a Behringer iStudio is202 iPad audio interface. I had my previous iPad 4, with lightning output, connecting through a lightning to 30-pin adapter. Now I have my iPad Pro I needed an adapter to take me from USB-C to 30-pin, of which I haven’t found any. So I needed to convert from USB-C to Lightning. Anker was the only one that I can find, but I purchased it and cant get the iPad Pro to recognise it. I plug it in and nothing happens, then I plug in some headphones and they don’t work. It did not work connecting it to the iStudio through the other adapter.
I don’t have another apple USB-C device to test if it is working at all.

You bought an USB C to lightning adapter?

Yes it is a USB C to Lightning that I have bought. After further investigation, it seems that the adapter works for Lightning headphones, however it doesn’t work with the Apple TRS headphone jack adapter, nor does it work with the Apple Lightning to 30-pin adapter (which is ultimately what I need).

A little background. I originally used the iStudio with an iPad 2. Then when I changed to iPad 4 (with Lightning) I had to run through a Lightning to 30-pin adapter. Now with an iPad Pro I needed to convert from USB C to 30-pin. Can’t seem to do it. My other guitar input is an iRig which has a TRS jack. This worked on the iPad 4 through a Lightning to jack adapter, but doesn’t work through the USB C to Lightning adapter.
So I can’t connect my guitar through either of my interfaces
