I recently contacted anker about a broken Powerport 2 lite and they said they would replace it. But, I have not heard anything from Anker in a few days after I sent them a follow up email explaining the situation of how the charger is broken. Help?
Anker support issue?
I would just wait a bit. If they said they will replace, they properly are preparing to send you a new one. They normally will notify when the replacement underway. Anker is very good at this, from my experience.
