Anker Speaker Mini - SD Card - not working

Yesterday i vor my new Soundcore Mini. I tried to Put in a class 10 micro SD-Card, but when pushing it in the slot there is no sound when pressing the Play-Button … By the way… the Bluetooth lamp blinks on and on. I also tried to press the mode button to select the sd-card- mode, but i can‘t here Ana noise when pressing PLAY. The sd-card used in my laptop i can here the mp3-music.

Andy idea?

How is the cared formatted and how many GB got it?
Have you tried another card?

I got it … it was the FileSystem NTFS. Now it works with FAT32
