Anker Soundsync A3341 and Apple

I bought a Soundsync A3341intending to transmit to an Apple HomePod mini. But I cannot get Apple’s Home app to see the Soundsync. So I need to ask if I’m SOL before returning the product. TIA

I would suggest reaching out to service@soundcore.com to see if they are aware of any compatibility issues. I would likely guess it’s down to Apples locked down ecosystem.

I think @ndalby hit the nail on the head and it’s down to Apple restrictions.
Out of interest, what did Apple have to say on the matter?
