Anker Soundcore2 Firmware update Mac

Hi there,

Is there a way to update the firmware for my Anker SoundCore 2 on a Mac or iPhone?

I’ve installed the SoundCore app on my iPhone. The SoundCore 2 is not in the list with products.

The older products you didn’t update in app, you did in separate program

You will have to search if there’s an update for your product, you need to do it by product code not name as name is ambiguous.

Don’t use firmware for different product, that’s the first error you’ll make if you don’t focus on product code.
