Anker Soundcore Space Not charging

Dear All,
I have been barely using my soundcore space since May 2020 and suddenly it stopped charging.
The point here is that when I plug it, the red led indicates that the charger is plugged but after a couple of seconds, it is going off and nothing happens.
Can you please help about that?

Quote in email proof of purchase, SN, and what you’ve attempted already done to fix it.

We always recommend:

  • try different cable
  • try different charger
  • do a reset
