Anker Soundcore Space NC lost noise cancelling feature

I used my headphones for only one day and then when I use the noise cancelling feature it just makes noise, and no noise cancelling. The consumer service recommended to reset it by pushing the MFB button and Volume- button for 5 seconds, however the phone doesn’t have any button labeled MFB (maybe it is a jargon for something else, like the button with the phone icon) and the Volume- is not a button, but a gesture over the touchpad, so it can’t be pressed for 5 seconds.

Does someone know how to reset the headphones?

It there any other way to fix this?

I don’t own it but it seems to me on casual glance the MFB is the big pad on the side, it’s the only multiple functions button on the product.

The only other thing can be is the button on the same side
