Anker Soundcore Mini 2 pairing - no volume control via remote

Hi all,

I have two Soundcore Mini 2 speakers paired and connected via bluetooth to an LG projector to give steteo sound.

However, I am unable to use the projector remote to control the speaker volume when they are paired. So the volume can only be controlled directly via the speaker buttons.

The volume can be controlled via the projector remote for either speaker when connected individually, just not in paired mode, so I believe this is a speaker issue rather than a projector issue.

Any ideas/suggestions would be much appreciated.

Normally that’s how it is from my understanding. When paired, the primary speaker becomes the controller so you have to control that. If you were to connect with your phone, you could change volume and do more stuff straight from phone but can’t through remote unfortunately
