Anker Soundcore Life Q20 - breaking sound

Hi all,
I have 1-month old (ish) pair of Life Q20 and the sound is breaking off, kind of stuttering, even though I am right next to my computer. Any suggestion as to why this is happening? How can I fix it? Thanks!

@lerazuri do you get the same behaviour when used with another device (phone, tablet etc)?

It could be the BT drivers for your PC which is causing some issues. Make sure you have the latest drivers from the manufacturer (not the generic Windows drivers) installed and try a fresh pairing.

If you are still having issues, reach out to support like @Insider advised…

@ndalby, I tried that and it seemed to have improved a little bit, but I still get broken audio from time to time, in front of my computer and when I walk away as little as 12 steps away from the keyboard. I will contact support now. Thanks a lot for the suggestion!
