Whenever i use my newly bought Soundcore life q10 headphones on the Bluetooth setting there is a noticeable static sound. I barely noticed it at the beginning but now it’s becoming unbearable.

What device are you pairing with – Smartphone or Windows PC?
If Windows PC - make sure to choose the audio device as Headphones and not headset.
Life Q10 pairs to Windows as Headphones (only listening) and Headset (speaker and mic enabled for calls)
If this is not the case, try to reset Life Q10 headphones by holding down the Power button and Volume+ button together for 5 seconds while the headphones are charging and pair again and try.
