I bought a Anker Life Q10 and it’s an amazing headphone. But I have a problem with its microphone. I can’t use this feature, neither on windows10 laptop nor on my cell phone.
i’ve been trying test the microphone in many whays. When I tried set my microphone on “Sound Control Painel”, the mic just doesn’t work.
I’m wondering about my microphone doesn’t work.
Can you help me?
