I bought Soundcore Life Q10 Headphones from a trusted website and started using it two days ago. It was really great until his battery died so I charged it this morning with the USB-C cable that came with the headphones but after charging, whenever I hit POWER button to open/shut down the headphones or play/pause a song, it gives me a deafening buzzing/static sound. I didn’t do anything wrong with the headphones and it was working just fine before tha charging. What should I do?
