Anker soundcore life p2 damage

Hi there people
I have used my Soundcore Life P2 wireless earbuds since November 15/2019,
but yesterday (March 09/2020), after a short break where they rested in the charging case,
the tight earbud wont play a sound anymore.
Both Earbuds connect and are recognized,
there is just no sound playing at all on the right side.

I tried resetting, reconnecting, doing both etc.
Which makes me think, the speaker might be broken, but the mic. is working because i made a call and the person was listening.
Do you have any idea how I could be able to either make sure it’s actually broken or find another way of resetting that might fix that problem?

Hi @Mario_Miranda_Mora it seems like you have covered the main troubleshooting steps so far…on the affected earbud, have you tried cleaning the mesh grill with a little rubbing alcohol or a screen wipe to make sure there has been no build up of ear wax etc which could be effecting the sound output?

As you are still well within your warranty period you can reach out to service@soundcore.com with the troubleshooting steps taken so far, for further assistance and/or replacement under your warranty if they believe the issue is a hardware fault…
