Anker soundcore 3 volume goes high without doing anything

My soundcore 3 has a issue its only been a month its increasing it’s volume I have resetted it its not working

please anyone help me please this shit is really irritating me now

You should write to the support.
As its under warranty you could get a replacement if its defective,

Thanks mate I. Looked up on the internet for solutions and one solution was to let it charge fully, and I let it charge fully and now this works.

And I thought of contacting support as you said mate. Thanks tho
