Anker Soundcore 2 Pairing issues

Hello guys.

I’ve had this Soundcore for a long time and I love it. Never had any issues with it, until today.

I just wanted to pair it to my new laptop and, as always, I open the device by pressing the button on the far left (sort of circle symbol with a line above it) and then press the bluetooth button on the far right for like 2 seconds. Now, normally, it would make a sound indicating that it is in pair mode, and I would find the device into my Bluetooth manager in my pc. But instead, pressing the bluetooth button does nothing at all. The bluetooth LED just keep flashing as it normally do when not pair to anything and the same way it does when not in paring mode.

In order words, it is as if the bluetooth button was broken because pressing it does nothing.

Any idea? Is there a way to sort of reset the device of something? Is it broken? :frowning:

If the LED is flashing it sounds like the speaker is pairing mode. Do you see any detection in your laptops BT menu?

listen, im in the same boat. All of a sudden my headfphones wont do didly Sh**!! this is extremely frustrating!! Since nobody seems to know what to do (i’ve read the forums - NONE of the proposed solutions work) I’m hopefully going to let the battery die - recharge - and start from scratch. We’ll see…
I’m sick of this crap kind of service!! same damn thing happened to my smart watch. when nothing works, in to the trash it goes!!!
