I recently purchased a Anker Soundcore 2 model A3105 speaker and it sounds great when using bluetooth, but when connected via AUX to a computer it sounds terrible. Loud hissing and popping. Anyone else experience this? Is it firmware? Is there a way to fix it?

Have you tried to connect the speaker to different devices via Aux-cable?
Have you tried another Aux-cable?
And not to forget, clean the AUX-socket of your device. (kind of Q-tipp will do)

i have the same issue when usb is also connected. but i dont have issue when it is just aux pluged in. maybe it is because battery is %100 full… i m waiting respond from support.
Why do you keep USB connected?
If he speaker is charged there is no need to.
cos i use this product as tv ( i also use pc monitor as a tv :)) and pc speaker. so basically it is always in use and i dont want it get out of charge ( btw i just bought it yesterday )
