ANKER Soundcore 2 disconnect after 2sec

Hi

Having issues with my device Soundcore 2 (A3105). I cant connect it with any device. Connect with the device 2sec and unconnect instantly. I tried to use several devices like tablet, phone and laptop and doesnt work.
Watched tutorials to restart it but doesnt work. Tried to upgrade firmware with the tool and doesnt connect either.

Is there a way to reset it? It so, I’d recommend doing a reset an if that doesn’t help then definitely contact support

Otherwise there is no chance, seems you tried all “remedies”
