Anker Soundcore 2 button + and - problems

Hi…

Need your suggestion. My soundcore 2 suddenly has problem with the + and - button. it has no response to increase/decrease the volume. When pressed + button, the sound came out as “version 054” while it sound as beep beep when pressed - button. Please advise how to fix it

You should try a reset.
I think its pressing the bt- and the on/off button for a few seconds.
