Everytime I connect my anker
neckband headphones thru Bluetooth they automatically shut off and won’t connect … Please help

What is the exact model of Soundbuds.
Ensure the Soundbuds are fully charged before using.
Try to do a reset, In standby mode press and hold the ’ + ’ and ’ - ’ buttons simultaneously for 2 seconds to delete previous pairing records.
