I have a pair of Anker SoundBuds Sport IE20. They normally turn off when you magnetically connect/attach the two earbuds, but today they are not turning off and powering down.
Is there a button combo to turn them off? Is there something else I can do to power them down?
Hi @Jeff_Abrahams have you tried holding the multifunction button for 5-10 seconds? You could also disconnect/forget them from your device and they should power off within 2 minutes of no connection. Then complete a fresh pairing to see if this resolves the issue.
It happened today when I had a go at turning them off however it didn’t work so I held up till they killed without help from anyone else.
