I have had my Anker SoundBuds Slim for just over a year now, and they have been great until today. The right sound bud has gone quiet. It is basically mute, and the left sound bud is still working normally.
Has anyone had this happen to them too?
Unfortunately I’ve had this happen to 2 other pairs in which Anker customer service had replaced both of those. Love my Anker products through and through but this is frustrating.
