Hi, I came here for help as I wanted to see if anyone else had this problem. I’ve recently ordered a pair of soundbud slims from amazon, and after trying to pair them with my phone (Android Galaxy A20E), they didn’t show up on my bluetooth, they don’t show up on my mothers and brothers phone as well and my brother has an iPhone, so I think it has to be a problem with the earphones themselves. Is there a fix for this issue? I’ve contacted Anker support ~3 days ago but they still haven’t responded.
Please hold down the volume + and - for 10 seconds and this should reset them. Then try doing a bluetooth scan on your phone and it should pop up
Make sure the slims are fully charged.,
If so try the reset @Tank mentioned.
