Anker Soundbuds Slim Not Charging

Hi,

My Soundbuds Slim won’t charge unless they are fully dead. Is this what is meant to happen? The other day I charged them after they had died completely, but today they are at 50% so I want to charge them the rest of the way but every time I plug the charger in the soundbuds turn off. When I try to turn them back on they go to pairing mode and if I insert the charger, they shut off again.

Help?

They will always turn off when plugged in to charge, it is this way by design. Plug them in and let them charge, depending how you charge then it can take anywhere the 1 to 3 hours to charge
