Anker Soundbuds Slim narrating video on windows 10 issue

I am looking for help on correcting the following issue:
When my Soundbuds Slim earbuds are connected wirelessly with my laptop (windows 10) and I try to watch a video (movie) the earbuds narrate everything that is happening on the video screen? I have tried to use other video players but doesn’t seem to matter. I cannot find any settings that may allow me to adjust this playback issue? These earbuds work great for music on laptop and my smartphone though. Help?

If I understand you right, no native speaker I am, this means you are hearing a narrator telling you what happens on the screen.
This might be some aid for blind people!
May be this is a adjustment somewhere somehow…

@jh.inspection It sounds like might have enabled narrator in windows 10 accidentally from a keyboard shortcut…try the windows key + enter to toggle narrative function on/off to see if this resolves…

Yes all above members are correct. It is not the soundbuds that dictate the output of the computer. Definitely a general settings issue on your Win10 device.

Sounds like AUDIO DESCRIPTION.

there must be a toggle somewhere to turn it off.

FYI
Headphones only play whatever the source is playing.
