Anker soundbuds rise is always showing up steady blue light all the times

My anker soundbuds rise is always showing up steady blue light all the times when I turn it on . I have It fully charged , also tried to reset by hold the button + and - 4,5 seconds . But nothing happens, It still show steady blue light. Then I press the power button again, It shows purple light and disappears after 10s
Please help me

Are the SoundBuds not spring to your device or are you just trying to get them back in pairing mode? A steady blue light on SoundBuds normally mean the device is paired and ready to use…

I tried to get them back in pairing mode as your suggestion by press and hold the button + and - in 5 seconds when the steady blue light is on , I eventually hold till 1 minute but notthing happnes. i also delete the paired profile on my phone and try to find It on the other phone, but useless
What can I do

Hi, I also have the same issue.

Solid Blue light when connected to power, doesn’t switch on or connect to anything.
Tried the above suggestions, no luck:(

Any advise please?
