Hi all,
Recently purchased the life p2 via amazon. It worked for the last 4 days. I was using it with my iPhone 8 and 2017 MacBook pro. First 2 days I was using my iPhone, yesterday and today I was using it with my Mac Tried to switch it back to my iPhone and it would not find the headphones in the bluetooth list.
I could see it on my Mac bluetooth list so I deleted it off there.
Now my iPhone and my Mac can’t discover the headphones. My wife tried searching for it too with her laptop and phone and still nothing.
I’ve done the reset of the headphones, putting back into case, holding both buttons down until the lights flicker red 3 times. I’ve restarted my phone and mac and still nothing. Life p2 still undiscoverable. I am able to see other things on my bluetooth list but not the life p2.
This is a bummer. They were working great too.
Anyone else run into this problem? I know Anker customer service is top notch but I was hoping to not have to return and try another pair.
