Anker slim A7721 will not pair!

i just got Cintiq companion 2 and it came with this wireless keyboard. I have up dated everything from bluetooth driver to updating the tablet itself. It wont pair at all and its driving me nuts.
anyone have any ideas that could send me down the right path?

Is it the right Bluetooth version or iOS

Have you got your phone in discover mode?

the bluetooth is updated to 4.2 and its an intel®bluetooth. As for my phone when connecting anything i turn it onto airplane mode so it is not in the way. Anyways I checked if the keyboard works and it connects to my iphone and like wise my headphones which both are blue tooth. Nether of them connect to the tablet.

Nothing connects in airplane mode.
